Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
bond
Someone had a court date for a charge of battery, that they were only charged with but never arrested, but the date to appear in court was missed and a warrant was placed at no bond, the person was detained and went to first appearance the following morning a out of town judge was sitting in for the usual judge and at first appearance didnt make any changes so the next court date isnt until July 21 arent all charges usually given a bond and how can we go about getting one and what is the time frame

you can hire a lawyer to try and get a bond but a missed court date is always no bond.
