Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you are out on bond for a DUI and get arrested for domestic violence and the judge does Parker vs State, at your domestic violence arrangement you are given 30 days in jail. After you serve your 30 days does the Parker vs State come off and you become eligible for bond again?

There is no "mandatory" set time in jail for a violation of your release. You need to talk to an attorney immediately about whether or not you can get a bond.
