The state has up until the time speedy runs. It is 90 days on a misdemeanor and 175 days on a felony. However, once speedy runs, it doesn't automatically get dismissed. There has to be a hearing and motion on the matter and sometimes the state can get extensions. I practice in Manatee county and have an office in your zip code so feel free to contact me at 727-528-1859 and check out my website below as it might have answers to your specific charges.
