The Eighth Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits excessive bail. Beyond that you need to hire a lawyer who can apply the case law to the facts of the case. There is a reason lawyers spend seven years of post secondary education to practice law and it so that people don't have to represent themselves. Spend your time researching for a lawyer.
