bond
$5,000 bond was paid 10%, judge revoked bond, $12,000 new bond for original charge,paid $1,200 10%. shoundn't have the first 10% paid gone towards the second time i paid bond since it was the same charges not a new charge. shound i have paid only $700.00 of that $1,200?

Depends. Why was the bond revoked? Was the new bond an ADDITIONAL 12K? (Which it probably was.
Have your defense attorney look into it.

The fee is up to your bondsman. But the judge did not reinstate the old bond and add 7000. He ordered a new bond of 12,000.
