bond reduction
someone was arrested on trafficking charges and bond was set at 500,000.00 two weeks later went for a bond reduction and was denied judge said he thought it was a reasonable bond is there a chance for any other way to reduce it

Your attorney can file a writ of Habeas Corpus arguing that the $500,000 bond is tantamount to no bond given your client's particular circumstances.

I don't think a writ would work, but thats only my opinion. Everyone is entitled to one bond hearing unless the defendant can show a change in circumtance.
