Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can you have more than one bond reduction hearing if there was no bail for 40 days and at bond reduction hearing they set bail at 240,000 and you cant afford that can you have another reduced bond hearing or do you have to stay in jail untill trial

You can only get another bond hearing if there has been a change in circumstances to warrant it.
