Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was bonded out on a lesser charge than the one they came back and convicted me of...I was 19 years old and received a traficking charge back in 2007.I was wondering what can I do to get this off my record or at least reopen the case if possible

There is probably little you can do. A trafficking charge is not eligible to be sealed from your record regardless of adjudication. You are likely past time for appeal as well. Just to be sure, you should contact an attorney in your area.
