Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Booking
I was arrested and charged with DUI. I went to jail and sat there for ten hours before I was bonded out. However, I was never finger printed or booked into the jail. Does the county have jurisdiction over my DUI case if I was never booked into the county jail? If so, would the videotape evidence taken at the time of arrest be admissible?
