Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

So I bought a TV, my friend go tme the deal (she had been sleeping with a norweigen guy who was leaving the country), 300 Dollars for a big flatscreen, stand, speaker,s DVD player and 20 or so DVD's.

I told her that I would buy it and then when I leave to go back home when I'm finished my course I would give it to her or she could pay me some money for it.

Now we're not friends anymore and she's trying to get me to give her the tv and threatening me with court saying she has the receipt for said tv, the tv has never been in her house and has been in mine since the day we picked it up, I handed over the cash for it she didnt pay a penny. She took a key to my apartment and tried to enter while I wasnt there, I'm home on holiday, unknown to her I got my locks changed cause I was worried that she would enter my house and steal my stuff. My classmate is staying at my house untill the 31st of this month and was there and shouted at her when she tried to get in and told her to go away.

Should I really worry about anything? Can I sue her for attempting to unlawfuly enter my house?

This is more of a civil law issue than it is criminal. Your friend has no right to enter your premises to retrieve anything she thinks is hers. Her remedy is to sue you for it. Based on your explanation, it doesn't sound like she ever had any legal right to it anyway but it is really more of a contract question as opposed to criminal. Certainly she could sue you or vice versa. Best bet is to contact a civil attorney for this situation. In the meantime, if she tries to enter again, call the police since she is trespassing.
