Bounced check
Patient gets dental work done for nearly 3k , a check is written by her boy friend and the check bounces because account was closed.Trying to reach her ,phone is not in service ( Which was working till it was known the check bounced.) Sending a letter now. What can be my line of action to collect the fee for the service i provided and also against whome a action is warranted in this case , boy friend who wrote the check or the patient.

Re: Bounced check
You can have an attorney do the statutory letter for you to bring a civil action, which would include costs and attorney fees.
