Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Me and my boyfriend got into a argument which led to me throwing his shoes outside and he threw my phone out after then i went grabbed his phone he put my hands behind my back like a cop does so he can get his phone back cause hit was already cracked so he didnt want it to get worst...and i dropped to my knees cause i was having slight pain in my one arm it didn't hurt bad it just gave like a achy pain he tried to bite me but there was no marks at all his elbow slightly pushed on my lower left side but it wasn't on purpose i have been having pain down in that area before all this hapoened so i went to the hospital and found out all the pain and pressure is due to a cyst so he had nothing to do with it so he didn't hurt me my family is telling all these lies to the police saying he hit me in my face and that never happened nobody was there when all of this happened so now he being charged with aggravated assault on a pregnant women is there anyway this charge can get dropped cause im not pressing charges he did not assault me at all he isn't that type of man to do anything like i grew up with him since i was in 5th grade i know him to well please help me
