Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My Boyfriend was just arrested and they are trying to charge him with Trafficking Lortabs. He told me that the cops kept asking where the money was but they never got any money off him to show that he was actually making a sell. He was just released from prison on Sept 21 of this year. As far as we know he does not fall under the re offender act so I am trying to understand what may happen to him and if the trafficking can be dropped to something else.

Trafficking DOES fall under the reoffender act. So depending on the amount, he may be looking at 15 years or 30 years minimum. Regardless, he needs an attorney immediately.
