Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
boyfriend arrested for my drug para
My boyfriend is on probation,his probation officer came to our home for a random search, and found drug para, that was mine,he had no idea it was there,and he said it was his because he didnt want me to go to jail,and they arrested him,is there any way i can get his charges dropped if i tell them that it was mine?
