Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend was arrested on March 7th, 2017 with a possession of a controlled substance >10grams and drug paraphernalia. He has prior charges back in Michigan where he is from from about 7 or so years ago, but has not been in any trouble since then. His arraignment date is July 13th, and we really have no idea what to expect, or what the possible outcomes could be.

It really is impossible to properly answer your question on this forum. There are just too many variables. For example he could-be facing 5 years in prison or 30 years in prison depending on exactly how they charge it. Because of this I suggest you contact an attorney in your area who can answer all your questions.
