Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend just got arrested for VOP for failing a drug test and I was wondering if they would possibly reinstate his probation. He had a job and there was no other charges.

Sure it is possible to reinstate his probation. However, it is just as easy for a judge to put him in prison. In order to maximize his chances, he should contact an attorney in your area right away.
