Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend has been charge for drug trafficking >200<400, it's said in the case info that is a first degree felony. he is having a trial after been lock in the county jail for 1 month already. It's the first time he gets arrested, does he can get a probation out of this charges???

No. There is a minimum mandatory of 7 years in prison. The only way he gets probation, is if the state offers it.
