Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Boyfriend charged with dwls/habitual/dui. Dui was nine years ago, never got his license back. he was pulled over in Feb of this year and arrested for dwls. put on 6 mos probation. in july (one month left of probation) cop witnessed him driving and arrested him at store. It was over 5 years since last driving infraction before these two. How much time is he looking at?
