Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my boyfriend was given a citation for driving on a revoked licence last week, yesterday in another county he was arrested for petty theft at Walmart.when he goes to court for the revoked licence ticket can they look at the theft charge, even though its another county?

They definitely can. In fact, the first county can revoke his ROR or bond for committing a new offense. I strongly suggest you get an attorney right away.
