Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend was on federal probation and was arrested for false instrument he was picked up and given a 9 month federal sentence but has a state court date after he gets released from federal prion. Will federal prison release him or will the state come and pick him up for court while he is getting released from federal prison?

They could pick him up while he is in federal custody, but almost always, they will wait until he is done with his sentence and put a hold on him so that he can be taken there.
