Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend was on felony community control in st petersburg, fl, for 3 years on a home invasion charge he caught back in 2009. He just recently 2weeks ago was arrested for another home invasion and charged with first degree murder and burglary. He did not kill anyone, but was there. I just want to know how much time is he looking at?

If he is convicted of first degree murder he is getting life. The home invasions are probably also punishable by life.
