my boyfriend has been in jail forlittle over 2 months his original charges were dropped then they recharged him with four nore but have not filed yet after 22 days how long do they have to file

In general, the State can't hold someone past 33 days without filing charges. You should hire your boyfriend a defense attorney right away so they can assist with having him released and to handle his case if it is filed.
