Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend was just taken to jail on a second VOP. His original charges were false info to a recylcing place and dealing in stolen property. He missed his appointment with his probation officer due to his family member dying! What will proabably happen?

It could be anything to being put back on probation, to the max penalty of 15 years prison. Every case is different. The fact that this is a second likely means that a judge may be less lenient than a first VOP. Get an attorney right away.
