Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend and I live in Florida. He is on Federal probation about to be transferred to Georgia. Currently, there is a no- contact order in place between us and his probation office is refusing to lift it. We are wanting to get married. Do we have any legal recourse to accomplish this without him violating his probation?

You can file a motion with the judge that issued the order. I suggest you talk to an attorney in person to explain the situation in more detail.
