Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If my boyfriend has a misdemeanor from Texas, and then years later gets a felony in Florida, can he get the felony expunged or sealed? He slipped up and relapsed on pain pills and did something he shouldn't have without even really knowing what he was doing. He hasn't been charged yet but it's highly probable he'll get a felony. Other than my first question, what would you recommend he do so that this doesn't haunt him for the rest of his life when he really is trying to stay clean? He's even taking part in a program that helps drug addicts get clean.

If he was convicted of any crime, anywhere, then no, he can not get the Florida charge sealed or expunged.
