Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend and I moved to a different county (with permission from his prior probation officer) and now his new probation has violated him. Does he get sent back to the original county where it originated?

Yes. Whether it's another county or another state, any time a person is violated, they go back to the originating county and court.
