Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My boyfriend needed gas money so he drove two passengers to somewhere they need to go. My boyfriend was waiting in the drive way, he then later found out they were robbing an unoccupied home. In the event the person came home. My boyfriend was in the car still but the two passengers ran in his car. Soon they drove off and got into a car crash. An unknown gun was found in the car. What could possibly be his sentence or can get he get a bond for not doing any crime?

Armed burglary of a dwelling (he could be considered just as culpable as the others) is punishable by up to life in prison. He MIGHT be eligible for a bond. At this point, he needs to get an attorney immediately. A lot can be done before the police and state attorney get more involved in his case. There are a lot of scenarios both good and bad that can happen and that really can't be discussed or even explained on this forum. That is why I suggest you talk to an attorney now.
