Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My boyfriend ex has orders against him, and now she is dropping the kids off at his house which he is not allowed to see them for 2 years. He has no where to go and its his house they do not live there. He called the police but they told him no crime has been committed. If he goes home and the kids are there, the ex will then tell her lawyer and have him arrested, she has done this and simular things like this to him and he has ended up in jail. What can he do?

He can call the police and have them meet him at his home to document the incident. Or, probably better, hire an attorney to document what is going on and to call the ex to come get the kids or he will call DCF and the cops on her.
