Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend plead out to a 14 month deal with 8 months in and 4 months that he spent in jail before I bonded him out last year for a previous charge in which that case is in another county his lawyer in our county stated that he got the deal to run concurrent with the public defender in the other county however with the time added up that equals up to 1yr ..when he's transported to the other county will they have a sentencing date set since they've came to terms ?or will he have to have court dockets ?wouldnt he exceed his time with only having 1 more month to do ?

he should get credit only for each charge that he spends time on.
