Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my boyfriend was on probation and got locked up for domestic violence and was bonded out cause it was all a misunderstanding now he is in jail for probation warrant. i dropped the charges in the domestic violence case. so now im wondering whats going to happen, and how long will he be in jail...

He could be in up to 33 days without any formal charges being filed, at which point they have to ROR him if they haven't filed. A lot can happen but what your boyfriend needs to do is to talk to his attorney to find out what is likely to happen.
