Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend was pulled over and arrested for a DUI. The officers searched his car and found marijuana seeds and a stem and subsequently charged him with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams. I know it's illegal; however, it is a ridiculous amount to charge someone with possession. There wasn't any actual "marijuana" in his car. What are his chances of getting this charge dropped??

If there's enough to test it in the lab (a very, very tiny amount), the charge probably won't get dropped.
