Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend was released from prison 08/2007 and was placed on 2yrs probation. A few months later he was arrested for several charges including robbery w/ a firearm, wreckless driving, driving w/ a suspended license and violation of probation. He has been in our county's jail for the last 2 years. We are looking to him getting 10 years or less with a credit of 2 years served. What is the possibility of that happening??

Without sitting down with an attorney, it's impossible to answer what exactly he is looking at. What I can say is that usually he will get credit for his time served. Talk with his attorney and you will have a better idea.
