Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi. My boyfriend got into trouble in 2008 he has 2 felonies, one is grand theft, 3rd drgree the second is fradulant use of a debit card 3rd degree. he was on probation for a 2 year timespan. he violated and didnt go for almost a year. the law caught up with him & arrested him. Hes been in county for a lil over a month. im wondering what he is looking at? is there a chance he can come home? he goes to court on the 19th of this month.

He is facing up to 5 years prison on each charge. That said, he may have a chance to come home depending on the facts of the original case, the facts of the violation, the prosecutor, the judge, and the defense attorney. You should talk to an attorney right away about what would be best for your boyfriend.
