Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend has violated his probation and is currently in Florida prison. He spent 51 months in jail on a 60 month sentence prior to being put on probation. He has been in DOC since Dec 11 2013. He has not been given a release date yet. He went to classification today and his paper work is stamped "Green Case". I have tried to understand it from researching on the web, but don't know if I understand correctly. Will he be given all his previous gain time?

The DOC has discretion to revoke all his gain time on any violation.
