Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

boyfriends arrest, has put me in the crossfire.

I just turned 18, and my boyfriend will be 20 this month. ahae and a couple of friends, stole his grandmothers shotgun, and did an armed home invasion. His friend had him tie the two old men up, and the friend beat them almost to death, just to get some drugs and cash they had. I was not dating him the several days befor and after he did this crime, and I knew nothing about it. I was back with him for a week or so when the cops came to the door. His grandmother let them in and they cuffed him and put him in the police car. They questioned his grandmother and I seperately, and went to my school and took me out of class. They kept playing their game, and terrosing me. They came back to my school and took me to my car and made me show where I lived part time with my dad. They ransacked my room and found the duffel bag with his stuff in it, including the baggies of pills they got in the robbery. I swear I didn't even know they were there. They told me if I didn't testify against him, they would put me in jail for 25 years. I don't want to testify against the man I love. If they make me go to court, do I have to go againat him or just refuse to do it, how much trouble would I get in if I refuse.

Thank you, sorry it is a long note.

You are already in a world of trouble. I am surprised you havent been charged as an accessory after the fact to the the home invasion and possession of narcotics. Your boyfriend is going to be in prison for a long time, maybe life. So I recommend you hire a lawyer and try and save your future.
