Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can my ex boyfriends mom sue me for lying that i was pregnant? i thought i was for three months but it was something els Florida she said she has two attorneys to sue me for lying and their opening up an investigation. Why? Will I be arrested? They never gave me Money or something so why is she suing

No you're not going to be arrested. You can only be civilly sued for lying if you had knowledge of the lie, and even then, there has to be malice. You should probably talk to a civil attorney about this and give them more details.
