Breaking into my hotmail account
my ex wife changed my password on my email account to read my emails. is there anything i can do legally about this. it was a yahoo account.

you can always sue her civily for a variety of reasons, especially if she sent out emails in your name. You could contact the local State attorney and press criminal charges, however, if there was no actual damage to you i doubt they will charge her, but it may be worth the time to see.
