Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
breaking restraining order
my brother in law has a restraining order for his son against the maternal grandmother. because of him not calling the mother for 2 of her court order phone calls she called the police to inforce the 2 10 minute phone calls. they stop phone calls because it upset the child. when the police were called they were called to the maternal grandmothers house and she also was involved with talking to the police the judge stated that any direct or indirect contact would break the order. Did she break the order

Re: breaking restraining order
So the grandmother was involved with reporting to the police that the mother was not receiving telephonic visitation? That doesn't sound like a violation of an injunction (a "restraining order").
