Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If someone breaks the law in my house without my knowing, will I also get in trouble?

Almost all crimes require an intent element in order for you to be convicted of any crime. Of course, a complete blind eye wouldn't cut it, but knowledge of the crime is required for a conviction.
