Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
me and my ex broke up. and i have asked alot of times if any mail came infor me if so i will swing by and pick it up. she never told me anything and has mail my mail to my current address without permission the mail got stuck at the post office for a week n.mailed back to her. is it illegal for a person to mail your mail to you without your consent after being told that i will pick up not to mail nothing to my current address. can the person be arrested for this

In theory yes, it would be tampering. In practice, it is difficult to get a federal prosecutor to pursue it. Your best remedy may be a civil lawsuit. So, try calling the US attorney's office first and see what they say, and if that doesn't work, find a civil lawyer.
