Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my brother was convicted of second degree murder and first degree robbery, he was convicted under the guidelines of 1983 and to 1994.he was given 27 years plus 8 years probation he violated probation he was just sentenced to life for the violation of probation does the life sentence mean he does not get out under the 1992 sentencing guidelines in the state of florida we would like to know what the details of this sentencing means please help

I'm not quite sure I understand your question, but I think the answer you are looking for is that, since he was just sentenced under a new violation, he was scored under the 2009 guidelines system, and he will be subject to release under the 2009 law.
