Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my brother has been convicted of a sex crime of a 3 year old. His girlfriend got on the stand and testified she told the girl to say that he did. The little girls story has changed over and over. My brother has been sentenced to life in prison and is not aloud to see his almost 3 year old son. I need to know what I can do. If there is a lawyer willing to help. I have no job or money. I dont know what to do? PLEASE HELP.

Without money you cannot hire an attorney, but the public defender probably represents him and can perhaps file an appeal if there was reversible error.
