Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My brother has filed for Post Conviction Relief and is currently incarcerated. The state had file an extension, which was granted, but the deadline was yesterday. The state failed to respond. I am wondering what happens?

Courts are very lenient with granting multiple extensions. Your brother needs to talk to his attorney about filing a motion to grant his relief.
