My brother forged my name on deed to sell our parents home, what can I do?

Any time you suspect that you have been a victim of a crime you can go to the police and file a report of the suspected crime. However, the police will demand that you first assure them that you will follow thru and actually prosecute the perpetrator as otherwise you're just wasting their time.
So first you must be certain that you are willing to see your brother prosecuted, possibly to see him punished - perhaps to see him even to go to prison before you report the crime to law enforcement.
