Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My brother took a plea deal in 2008 for Felony Battery. Adjudication was withheld. He has since served out the sentence of 1 year house arrest and 4 years of probation. He has been off of probation for 2 years now. He was told that he could get this expunged once he fulfilled all of the requirements. Is there a certain amount of time that he needs to wait to apply for expungement after he finishes probation?

Assuming he is eligible, then he can apply the day after he finishes probation.
