Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If my brother was sentenced as a PRR 775.082 can he get mitigation if the victum doesn't want him sentenced to the mandatory sentenced imposed on a motion for mitigation? He is still in the legal time period of sixty days and was sentenced by virtue of a plea.

If your brother pled to a PRR, the only thing to be done is to ask the prosecutor if they will agree to a lesser sentence. I think you already know that is unlikely. You should talk to his attorney to see if that is possible.
