Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My brother came to visit me from Ky a few months ago--I live in Florida. I hadn't seen him in years. He said he wanted to start his life over and asked if he could stay with me until he got on his feet. I accepted. He lived with me for a couple of months and decided to go back to Ky.
I later found out he had an felony arrest warrant out on him in Ky. He was found at his girlfriend's house in Ky and arrested. He is now in jail awaiting to speak to an attorney.
My question is, am I in any trouble and can I be arrested for housing him?
