Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if you are with a bunch of people and your talking about a robbery of steriods from a person that makes them and it never happeneds and the guys get caught for a different crime had nothing to do with the things everyone was talking about and they say they were going to commit that other crime that never happened and they are mad trying to say you were going to do the thing that never happened can you be brought in or can you be charged with anything?

Yes, you could be charged with conspiracy so long as you took so act toward committing the crimes he claims you were planning.
