It's probably a typo & references Burglary of a Structure or Conveyance, which is a 3rd degree felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison & a $5,000.00 fine. Burglary is defined as entering or remaining in an area with the intent to commit a crime while therein. In this particular scenario, the "area" is being defined as a structure (such as a shed or non-residential building) or a conveyance (such as a car, boat, etc).
