Re: burglary with a convayance with assualt

Burglary with an Assault or Battery is a First Degree Felony Punishable by Life (PBL). It is a very serious offense.

However, many times the police will arrest someone for a Burglary/Battery or Burglary Assault but the State Attorney's Office will file a less serious charge.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to contact my office directly.

Good luck.

I presume you mean burglary OF a conveyance with assault or battery therein. The max penalty is life in prison.
